The author of series of books, articles and comments in a business publications "Biznes", "Contracty", "Korrespondent", speaker at specialized legal seminars and conferences on the problems of business security, defending the rights of enterprises, the author of series of scientific works in area of incorporated and natural persons’ legal security in Ukraine.

Graduated the Suvorov Military College, had been studied in the Air Force Institute of Ukraine, National Aviation University and Kyiv National University named after Taras Shevchenko.

Had been holding positions of lawyer, company legal adviser, advocate. In 2003 became a head of Law firm "Stolychnyy Advokat". In 2007 was invited to the post of Director on Debt Instruments, the member of Board of Directors at one of the greatest companies of Ukraine – DK "Gas Ukrainy" NAK "Naftogas Ukrainy".

Repeatedly filed to the Verhovna Rada’s Committees legislative initiatives on legal defence of business from power abuse of state authorities, on guaranteeing of personal immunity, on improvement of criminal process, on regulation of gas and oil complex of Ukraine. Represented the interests of Ministry of fuel and energy and also interests of NAK "Naftogas Ukrainy" in corresponding committees of Verhovna Rada etc.

Major in pleading of criminal cases, in business, company, civil law.
