The author of series of articles and comments in a publications "Iurydychnyi radnyk", "Biznes-konsultant", "Pravo i suspilstvo", "Advokat", "Nedvizhimost Kryma", "Commercial Property" and others. Acts as a lecturer at specialized seminars.

Has a work experience in the Tax State Authority, had been holding positions of legal adviser at several enterprises, was a head of a great holding company in metallurgy industry. In 2006 - 2007 hold the position of legal department manager at one of the greatest company of Ukraine – DK "Gas Ukrainy" NAK "Naftogas Ukrainy". There he pleaded the most responsible court cases in local and highest courts of Ukraine, were responsible for satisfying of debts, represented the interests of Ministry of fuel and energy and also interests of NAK "Naftogas Ukrainy" in corresponding committees of Verhovna Rada.

Major in pleading of court cases concerning defence of interests of bank’s creditors and debtors, in defence of the construction investments, in client’s defence from criminal persecution in economical and official activity, in appealing the resolutions and acts of tax authorities, in drafting of defence strategy in areas of land disputes and unauthorized construction, in analyzing and supporting complicated economical agreements and others.
